Policy:
AOI does not accept returns or refunds, and does not support exchanges for different products and different size.
We only accept refunds in cases where we send the wrong product or if the product has a defect caused during the production process.
Washing and Care Instructions:
Since all products are made from 100% khaki or lace fabric and feature decorative studs, we strongly recommend dry cleaning only.
We do not recommend hand washing or machine washing, as it may damage the embellishments and reduce the durability of the product.
